There is so much I love about this post Mark!! I love your chocolate dip on those biscuits, your creativity with the Fruit Bannock French toast. And you got to photograph those awesome fancy forks!!

Also, I adore your organisation with your two notion databases. I need to get on that!!!

Brilliant post Mark, I’m so proud of you and thrilled for this Cook the Books project. I’ll check out your Noten recipe list later, it will be a good resource as you go through this process.

Those oat biscuits look so good, and the little wave you created with the chocolate is very impressive.

I love your enthusiasm and commitment to this, especially with a kitchen Reno on the horizon. I’d be getting a few bakes up my sleeve if I were you.

Your writing in your warm and humble voice is a delight Mark, and your photos tell a delicious story too.
