Have had Sour since it first came out and have used it for inspiration and advice on the fermenting and pickling side… I have never, however, made any of the desserts. Feel like that needs to change after reading this!
It’s such a great book, isn’t it. You will not be disappointed! I’ve got my eye on the sour cream, apple and blackberry tart or lime possets next 😋 Would love to see what you whip up!
from the descriptive words to the nostalgia to the gorgeously swimming apricots....I'm swooning over here!
Gahhh you are just bloody lovely 🥰
My mouth was literally watering reading about that cheesecake! 🤤 Love the cooking. Love the writing. Would love to sit at your table! 🤤🤣🤣🤣
Arw thanks Debbie 🥹 Since the residential I’ve been trying hard to elevate my writing, as with my baking and photography. So this means a lot.
And you’re always welcome at my table!
Thank you 😊 Well your hard work is paying off, it's all elevating!
That apricot upside down cake has got me salivating. It looks scrumptious Mark!
You've GOT to try it Bernardette! Bit of prep with roasting the apricots first, but totally worth it. And thank you! ☺️
Oh I will, one weekend when I have a Saturday all to myself this is right up there of things to do!
