Excellent plan Mark, and very good decision to drop the cook the books to fortnightly. There is quite a bit of creation you have scheduled, so I look forward to supporting your work.
Oooh, all your features sound really fun! Loving the Bake the World one in particular. And your trip to Cotswolds looks dreamy, I hope you had the best time. And glad your oven got fixed!
Boujee indeed! My wife once dropped me off at Daylesford for a workshop I was running there. After wandering around for a minute she rushed out and said it felt far too posh for her to loiter around for any longer! Good luck with the impressive looking forward schedule, and all fingers crossed for your oven.
Oooo I bet running a workshop there was an amazing experience?? Hahaha yes we very much got that vibe too, we almost felt out of place parked next to the myriad of very expensive cars.
Thank you Matt - think some structure might serve me well as I dedicate more time to this :)
Thank you Kirstie :) And YES! It's so so nice there - Ben's brother lives in Bibury and we love visiting. Got my eye on a couple of houses around that area if I can find £2mil behind the couch at some point 😆
If you're ever looking for a new baking book for your "Bake the Books" challenge, I strongly recommend "The Plain Cake Appreciation Society: 52 weeks of cake" by Tilly Pamment - I have baked a lot of recipes from this book (and one on repeat!)
hi cows! hi hiro! hellooooo new oven and content anticipation!!!!
He’s had a good weekend 🤣
dawwwwww

I Hope does her job well for you.

And he's doing really well at the moment - got his spark for adventure back, which is really lovely.

Thank you Claire! Able to put a lot more time and energy into Substack soon so thought it would be good to get a schedule in place :)
